Wide? Wider. Ultra wide!
The Soviet film technology manufacturer Leningradskiy Optiko-Mekhanichekiy Obyedineniye began producing the OKS series in the 1970s. At the time, the system set new standards of quality in cinema and quickly made a reputation for itself well beyond the Iron Curtain.
This rare, modifiable wide-angle offers a total of three focal lengths and even turns into a fisheye, once combined with the wider of its two attachment lenses. The OKS is exceptionally fast at T2, features a slightly desaturated but smooth look and achieves a decently sharp image when stopped down a little.
